Fall programs at Stadium Performance are designed to maintain lean mass and shred fat while developing speed, agility, and conditioning. SP has a strong reputation as Boston’s number ONE injury prevention training facility with hundreds of matriculating athletes that continue on to play successful Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. This is simply the most well-rounded training program in Boston – no questions asked. This Summer we added 24 colleges, universities, professional organizations, and military branches to our matriculation wall and we don’t see any sign of slowing down. SP athletes are physically strong, mentally prepared, and emotionally refined. We are #SProud of all our athletes and their progress.

Semi-Private Training is an economical approach to achieving like-minded goals among small groups of individuals. Accommodating up to six individuals at once, SP Staff can bring the benefits of customized programming with the intensity of group training. Ideal for teammates in search of similar results or parents looking to diversify their current exercise regimen, semi-private training the training edge you are looking for.

Utilizing dual credentials as Certified Athletic Trainers as well as Strength Coach’s, SP staff are state licensed as allied health professionals to treat and rehabilitate injuries. Within the same domain, SP staff can assess and prescribe the plan of action that most appropriately will benefit you ultimate outcome. Physician referrals, body composition analysis’s, movement screenings, treatments, manual therapy, and return to play testing is all possible at Stadium Performance.
