Can I bring friends to training sessions?Yes, you can bring friends to our Saturday training sessions, which are completely free. For other days, please have your friends sign up for our three-day trial through our app or website.

Do I need to bring equipment?No! We will have most of the equipment used in competitions and will acquire more as interest grows. If you happen to have Hyrox equipment (Sandbags, Kettlebells, etc.) and would like to bring them, the more the merrier!

What does my fitness level need to be?All fitness levels are welcomed! The purpose of the Hyrox is to have fun and meet other like-minded people. We will help scale any workout for you and help coach you through any movement!

What will the workouts be like?The workouts will be centered around “compromised running,” an important element of Hyrox training. There will be a mix of runs and functional fitness movements like burpee broad jumps, weighted lunges, wall balls, etc. We will adapt to the number of people and equipment availability.

What type of shoes should I wear?We recommend running shoes. While Hyrox includes functional fitness movements, half of the race consists of running. Crossfit shoes like Nike Metcons are not ideal. What are your facility hours?We offer 24/7 facility access, 365 days per year for members (except drop-in clients). This exclusive benefit is available to athletes 16+ years old and parents of younger athletes. Staffed Hours are: Monday - Thursday: 9am - 7pm Friday: 9am - 6pm

Do you have specialized equipment for specific sports?Yes, we have specialized equipment for multiple sports including dedicated turf shooting areas for hockey and lacrosse, boxing facilities, and comprehensive strength, speed, and explosiveness training equipment.

What training methodology does Stadium Performance use?We use undulating periodization, which creates constant adaptation challenges for the body, preventing performance plateaus and enhancing strength and power development. This method yields superior results compared to traditional linear periodization.

What age groups do you work with?We specialize in athletes 13+ years old. On a case-by-case basis, after an appropriate evaluation, we may accept athletes as young as 10 through our Rising Stars program.

Do you have a guarantee on results?Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee. If you train with our coaches for 12 weeks and don't see measurable gains in vertical jump, sprint speed, and muscle mass, we'll refund your investment.

What payment plans are available?We offer monthly plans, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month commitments with pricing that reflects the length of commitment. Longer commitments receive better monthly rates.

How much do memberships cost?Our group training memberships range from $149-$349 monthly, with private training packages starting at $480 for four sessions. We also offer specialized Active Adult programs starting at $99/month.

Can I try Stadium Performance before committing?es, we offer a 3-Day Trial for just $3, valid for 7 days. This includes unlimited SP Programming, RESET Room access, and body composition analysis.

Do you offer assessments?Yes, we provide free 45-minute performance assessments where we review your history, conduct strength and movement pattern testing, and discuss your goals.

What is your injury rate compared to other programs?Our athletes experience 44% fewer injuries compared to national averages. In ten years, we've had only 7 ACL injuries among our athletes.

Who is the founder of Stadium Performance?Joe Caligiuri is the founder and Director of Sports Performance & Return to Play. His background includes work with Boston College Eagles, New England Patriots, and as Director of Rehabilitation for the Los Angeles Kings.

Do your coaches have professional sports experience?Yes, our staff has extensive professional sports experience. Joe Caligiuri worked with the New England Patriots (2004 Super Bowl Champion) and Los Angeles Kings. Kevin Anderson has worked with professional lacrosse players, and Lester Diaz is a former national champion boxer.
