All programming is written by the Director of Sports Performance and Medicine and then carried out by our educated and trained staff.

Led by SP Director of Sports Performance and Medicine, Joe Caligiuri utilizes nearly two decades of professional experience with over 1000 high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to create a program that is tailored specifically for your circumstance. FRIDAY (SPEED, AGILITY, INJURY PREVENTION): 4PM
SATURDAY (FULL BODY STRENGTH): 9AM
- All days can be customized to fit the needs of each individual athlete. For example, athletes can request to perform Monday’s workout on Tuesday evening.
