Customized Training
The training, treatment, and injury prevention methodology that is used across a variety of platforms at SP is implemented in both our 1-on-1 Private Training and Flex Training options. 1-on-1 Private Training is for highly customization and purpose driven programming that demands attention for every rep, set, and minute spent at SP. Flex training embraces the culture of Stadium Performance to encourage athletes to perform at high levels 100% of the time. By adding up to one additional (full-paying) athlete per hour, we find the intensity of each athlete increases exponentially. Flex training is customized to each athlete and yields enhanced positive outcomes. All programming is written by the Director of Sports Performance and Medicine and then carried out by our educated and trained staff.

SP SKILLS LAB
The Stadium Performance Skills Lab is a 3000 square foot turfed room that offers a plethora of skill development opportunities. The space is specifically designed for hockey and lacrosse athletes but can be utilized by any athlete looking to fine tune their turf skills.

Group Training
SP has a strong reputation as Boston’s number ONE injury prevention training facility with hundreds of graduating athletes that continue on to play successful Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. In five years our athletes have contributed nearly 120 colleges, universities, professional organizations, and military branches to our matriculation wall and we don’t see any sign of slowing down. SP athletes are physically strong, mentally prepared, and emotionally refined.
