- All days can be customized to fit the needs of each individual athlete. For example, athletes can request to perform Monday’s workout on Tuesday evening.

The SPWAY is the training, treatment, and Injury Prevention methodology that is used across a variety of platforms for the benefit of all Stadium Performance clients. ACL Return to Play Program
In conjunction with some of Boston’s most respected orthopedic surgeons, Stadium Performance will help coordinate physician referrals, physical therapy appointments, and return to play migration training. With your best interest in mind, our staff will communicate openly and often with your care team to ensure the best possible outcome. Led by SP Director of Sports Performance and Medicine, Joe Caligiuri utilizes 17 years of Professional rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training experience (2 yrs NCAA, 2 yrs NFL, 4 yrs NHL, 8 years private sector) with over 1000 high school, collegiate, elite, and professional athletes to create a program that is tailored specifically for your circumstance.
