With a focus on ACL injury prevention for athletes 13 – 22 years old, we have established unilateral strength relationships from the hips to the ankles that help us to determine the likelihood of athletes suffering an ACL injury. ACL Return to Play Program
In conjunction with some of Boston’s most respected orthopedic surgeons, Stadium Performance will help coordinate physician referrals, physical therapy appointments, and return to play Private Training. With your best interest in mind, our staff will communicate openly and often with your care team to ensure the best possible outcome. Led by SP Director of Sports Performance and Medicine, Joe Caligiuri utilizes 16 years of Professional rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance based Group Training experience (2 yrs NCAA, 2 yrs NFL, 4 yrs NHL, 8 years private sector) with over 1000 high school, collegiate, elite, and professional athletes to create a program that is tailored specifically for your circumstance. Online Coaching with SP2GO
Subscribe to all the great coaching, content and programming that Stadium Performance has to offer and receive updates when we add new videos and extras. All subscriptions include online coaching with Stadium Performance staff. SP Strength Coaches will meet with you once a week to discuss your programming, your progress, and answer any questions you might have. No television provider needed and you can watch from any of your devices. Meetings will take place via FaceTime or Webcam – whichever you prefer. Your customized programming, available wherever you want. All programming is customized to your fitness level and goals.
