Group Training

At Stadium Performance, we've developed over 3,000 college athletes in the past decade through our comprehensive athletic development program. Members enjoy 24/7 facility access with flexible training schedules, customized programming, and complete access to our state-of-the-art training and recovery modalities in our SPRx Room.

 

Our memberships range from $199-$449 monthly, with options including limited twice-weekly sessions to our Elite VIP package featuring private training and nutrition consultations. All plans include professional programming, body composition tracking, and recovery services, making Stadium Performance the premier destination for serious athletes seeking collegiate opportunities or enhanced athletic performance. Athletes 16 and older (or parents of younger athletes) receive exclusive 24/7 facility access, ensuring maximum flexibility for training around busy schedules.

Private Training

Stadium Performance offers focused private training packages tailored to individual needs. Our 4-Pack of Full Private Sessions provides one-on-one training with access to SP Programming, the SPRx Room, and is valid for 2 months. For comprehensive private training, our 12-Pack of Full Private Sessions accommodates up to 4 athletes per session over 3 months, perfect for small groups seeking personalized attention.

 

Young athletes or those preferring shorter sessions can opt for our 12-Pack of Junior Private Sessions, featuring thirty-minute sessions designed specifically for youth development. All packages include access to our professional programming and recovery facilities, ensuring optimal results regardless of your chosen training format.

The Active Adult Training & Recovery

Stadium Performance offers three comprehensive membership tiers for active adults seeking peak fitness and recovery. The Training Only membership provides access to self-administered protocols including NormaTec compression therapy, Theragun treatments, and personalized mobility programs. For those focused on recovery, our Recovery Only plan delivers professional treatments including Super Pulsed Laser therapy, cupping, dynamic manual therapy, and dry needling with priority scheduling.

 

Our premier Training & Recovery Complete membership combines all benefits from both tiers with integrated REPAIR protocols, comprehensive pain management, and regular assessments. All memberships include access to our state-of-the-art facility, expert guidance, and evidence-based protocols designed specifically for adults aged 40+ seeking optimal performance and injury prevention.

Boxing Training

Stadium Performance introduces an elite boxing program led by professional boxer Jamaine Ortiz and veteran coach Lester Diaz, offering a unique edge in athletic development. This innovative training approach enhances crucial athletic qualities like rotational power, explosive speed, and agility that transfer directly to sports including hockey, lacrosse, and football. Boxing sessions improve hand-eye coordination, footwork, and cardiovascular conditioning while developing core strength and dynamic movement patterns essential for competitive athletes. Home Training

Experience Stadium Performance's elite training methodology from anywhere with our home training programs. Choose from three flexible tiers: our 2-Day program that focuses on foundational strength with alternating lower and upper body workouts. The 3-Day program adds specialized agility and injury prevention training. For comprehensive athletic development, our 5-Day program incorporates power training and complete strength conditioning. Each program is expertly designed for standard gym equipment, delivering Stadium Performance's proven training systems that have developed thousands of successful athletes. Programs include detailed workout plans, technique guidance, and progressive overload principles to ensure consistent athletic improvement.
