Group Training

Our facility offers specialized group training programs with multiple membership options. We provide SP Programming sessions designed for strength development and athletic performance. The RESET Room delivers recovery and mobility services. Body composition analysis helps track your progress. Choose from various plans: 3-day trials for newcomers, unlimited monthly access, twice-weekly sessions, youth training for ages 9-13, one-week visitor passes, or single drop-in classes. All plans include specific features tailored to different training needs and frequency preferences.

Performance Training

Our Performance Training programs deliver customized athletic development through multiple commitment levels. Begin with an Initial Assessment (45 min) to identify your optimal training path. Our standard Performance Training packages include a 4-Pack for athletes seeking flexibility with consistent coaching, a 6-Pack for those requiring regular private attention to build momentum, and a 12-Pack providing comprehensive development that accommodates up to four athletes per session. For younger athletes or those requiring shorter, focused sessions, our Junior Performance package offers twelve 30-minute sessions over three months.

For elite development, our Performance Builder series represents our highest level of specialized coaching with our founder and Director of Sports Performance and Return to Play, Joe Caligiuri.

Supervised Adult Training

We invite all prospective members to experience our unique environment through a 3-Day Trial before joining. Our Supervised Limited Adult Training costs $199 monthly and includes twice-weekly sessions with custom programs based on your assessment and tailored to your specific goals. For maximum value, choose our Unlimited Supervised Adult Training at $249 monthly with unlimited training access, cold plunge sessions, sauna use, and 24/7 facility access. Both memberships include body composition tracking, program modifications, and can be canceled anytime. Your journey begins with scheduling an initial assessment, discussing your goals, receiving your custom program, and training on your schedule. Stadium Performance is more than a gym—it's a welcoming space where members build lasting friendships while working toward health and wellness.

HYROX TRAINING

HYROX is the sport you are already training for at Stadium Performance. The circuit-style race consists of 8 natural movement stations, with 1 kilometer of running before each. Participants all around the world compete in the exact same course format, for time. Comparable worldwide rankings make HYROX the first and only global fitness race for every body. With events in every major Stadium Performance market, there is always a race to train for.

There are four different race categories to choose from, making it accessible and challenging, no matter what level of fitness or experience. Categories include Team Relay, Doubles, Individual Open and Individual Pro. Find out more about HYROX and sign up to a race near you.

Home Training

Experience Stadium Performance's elite training methodology from anywhere with our home training programs. Choose from three flexible tiers: our 2-Day program that focuses on foundational strength with alternating lower and upper body workouts. The 3-Day program adds specialized agility and injury prevention training. For comprehensive athletic development, our 5-Day program incorporates power training and complete strength conditioning. Each program is expertly designed for standard gym equipment, delivering Stadium Performance's proven training systems that have developed thousands of successful athletes. Programs include detailed workout plans, technique guidance, and progressive overload principles to ensure consistent athletic improvement.
